We are experienced and certified advanced professionals. Our company is a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Program Member and Payroll Processing Service. Our business is accounting and handling payroll. Our clients can focus on getting the job done because we remove the worries of small or medium business accounting and payroll processing. You select the type of service you want from us. Choice 1: QBO ProAdvisor Program Member: Using QuickBooks Online accounting software you invite our certified QBO ProAdvisor to support or fully manage your accounting. (If you are already using QB Desktop, we can manage the migration.) The software options are available directly through QuickBooks (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/) or this QBO Practice. Use the First Contact screen (www.BagofHotAir.com/Contact) to request information for assigning a QBO ProAdvisor Program Member accountant to your online software package. Many QBO ProAdvisor Program Members will offer a free evaluation of your company to check for the fit with QBO. Choice 2: Payroll Processing: You keep in place your payroll records, banking accounts, taxpayer reporting and paying numbers. Your employees see no difference on their paychecks. After the initial setup you report hours and attendance, and we process payout on your check stock or on ours. You keep managing your employees. We complete your quarterly taxpayer returns using your FEIN and state numbers, and you sign the paper reports that we send to you. We can schedule your Electronic Federal Taxpayer Payroll System deposits, or you can make the deposits on coupons at your bank. At year end we prepare your 940 FUTA, 941 FICA, BLS3020, and SUTA reconciliations. We help assure that you do not lose control of new hire reporting, wage and child support garnishments, employee loans, group insurance, annuities, retirement and health insurance premium payments.
